Checkout Time
Checkout time is 10:00am. A $50 fine will occur per hour after 10am unless a late checkout has been previously approved by Alexa. Please do your best to honor this time as we prepare for our next guests arrival.
Kitchen Check
Please clean out fridge of all personal items. Wash all dishes and start dishwasher before departure. Put all kitchen items back as you found them (pots, pans, utensils, oven mittens etc.).
Linens
Place all used towels and linens in the laundry room. Please do not remove comforters unless soiled. If the comforters have been soiled or stained please inform Alexa.
Trash
Trash is picked up on Tuesdays. Remove ALL trash from the cabin. Please make sure it is bagged, placed in the large bin outside and secured with pins. Please be careful not to misplace the pins securing the lid.
Heat/AC
During winter months, set HEAT to 60 degrees. During summer, turn AC to 68 degrees. Make sure all doors and windows are locked. Please do not turn on AC to 60 degrees during the winter by accident or this will freeze the unit.
TV's
Make sure you log out of any private accounts on the smart TV's. Please leave the remotes in their designated room and inform Alexa if any have gone missing. There will be a remote replacement fee if any are lost or accidentally taken.
Hot Tub
Please set hot tub to 100 degrees. Make sure Hot Tub cover is down and secure. Double check the downstairs deck for any trash, towels and personal items.
Grill/SoloStove/Propane Tanks
Please make sure you cleaned up after the use of the grill, the solo stove logs/ashes have been removed, and both covers are on and secured. Propane tanks should always be in the "off" position. Failure to turn off will drain the tank.
Check, double check and triple check!
Please remember to do a walkthrough of the cabin and check all drawers, cabinets, beds, counters, the washer/dryer, and outlets. Commonly left items are cell phone chargers. children's stuffed animals, and clothes.
